Role-based AI Integration Training
Separate training for staff, users and managers based on the inspection; re-measured after 90 days.
The training content comes from the inspection result: a unit with low knowledge gets the basic modules, a unit with high unmanaged use gets the safe-use module. Staff learn to use AI safely in daily work, users learn to work with the installed agents and the approval flow, and managers learn prioritisation, oversight and measurement. Durations are set to the need. After 90 days the same measurement is repeated and progress is reported.
